Overview
Wolters Kluwer, a global provider of professional software and publishing services for the healthcare and legal sectors, engaged me to support digital operations for Lippincott Connect — their medical education ecommerce platform with over 10,000 SKUs.

As an Ecommerce Consultant, I executed initiatives across marketing, product, and ecommerce departments. My work balanced delivery, adaptability, and cross-functional support within a highly structured enterprise ecosystem.

Challenges & Solutions

  • The fast pace, large-scale team dynamics, and onboarding into multiple new software platforms required strategic learning and adaptability.
  • I quickly familiarized myself with enterprise tools and documentation, adopting Smartsheet and SharePoint workflows to bridge communication across time zones and departments.
  • Clear prioritization and alignment with campaign goals ensured consistent delivery.

Execution Highlights

  • Implemented landing pages, seasonal banners, product data updates, and asset management within KIBO CMS, using Figma design platform
  • Partnered with Marketing, Product, and Ecommerce teams to execute campaign calendars
  • Managed multiple CMS tasks simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and brand compliance
  • Exported and sanitized reports to support KPI tracking and decision-making
  • Became proficient in communicating across large-scale project management systems like Smartsheet and Firebrand

Reflections

I joined this team mid-cycle, with no prior exposure to the tools or systems, and made an impact by pairing technical curiosity with clear communication. This role sharpened my ability to adapt fast, execute cleanly under pressure, and collaborate within large organizational structures,  skills I carry into future projects of every scale.
